About Me

My name is Aileen, and in my life, I have experienced difficulties hitting health goals. I approached them with an ‘all or nothing’ mentality that restricted other areas of my life, and therefore I'd struggle to stick to my plan. It seemed everywhere I looked, every program, every article, every solution required a certain amount of pre-assumed knowledge or fitness. There was no real ‘From Day 1’ solution that wasn’t a fad or unrealistic.

I spent 20 years working in the corporate world, with a sedentary lifestyle and active social life; and I didn’t want to give that up. However, I discovered how I could still live my life and still make changes that helped me.  I also suffered from anxiety for many years and then discovered via CBT and fitness how to manage and control this. I realised it’s about balance and found out how to bring this into my life and remove the obstacles that had prevented me from doing what I wanted to do.

I want to help others to find their healthier self and make changes that last.
