About the Event
This 1-hour workshop is uniquely designed for people who suffer from anxiety or stress, to understand how to bring themselves to a state where they may being to contemplate meditation.
This class also provides an introduction to the theory and practice of mediation and mindfulness especially for those with overactive thinking.
