About the Event

This course will take place from 6 - 7pm every Monday from 1st to 22nd of November via online conferencing. Conferencing and community details will be sent 48 hours before the course commences. 

Over the course of 4 weeks, you will learn the benefits of meditation;  how to incorporate meditation into your daily life to improve mental and emotional wellbeing; breathing, posture, the meditation process and a range of different meditation types.
