1 2 1 sessions:

For those that are not entirely sure what you need, or want, or would like to go in-depth to uncover what's holding you back, then 1-2-1 sessions are might best for you. Whether you need 2, 3 or 5 sessions depends on many different things.

Membership plans:
For those who have a goal you'd like to achieve but would like help to plan, define and stay on track; a membership might be best for you. This can also allow you to focus on different goals each month - health, work, personal - with weekly check-ins to make sure the plan is still workable and you're staying on track.
