Body positivity (guided meditation)

On a daily basis we take our body for granted. Looking in the mirror and focusing only only on the things we don't like or noticing the things that don't work as well as we'd like them to.

We ignore that it does so much for us. It may not be the same as other peoples', it may not behave in the way you want it to always, but its keeping you alive and and experiencing life on a daily basis. Take 20 minutes and give your body and your mind some time and gratitude.
