The last slimming club you'll ever need to join!

26M people start a weight loss journey in January. However, 87% of people will stop after 12 days.

This is often because the plan doesn't suit their needs, goals, or lifestyle. 

Or they have obstacles they don't realise they need to overcome. 

They don't have the confidence in themselves today, which sabotages who they want to be tomorrow.

Health, fitness, clothes size, lifestyles and outcomes are all unique, so a one-size-fits-all approach won't work unless you fit that perfect demographic.  

Each week for 8 weeks, we will have an online group meeting.

During these meetings, we will be...

  • Defining your personalised goal

  • Reviewing your personalised nutrition needs

  • Fixing obstacles in your life (comfort/boredom/emotional eating? Temptation? time management?)

  • Sorting your mindset

  • Building your confidence

  • Keeping you accountable

  • Advising on exercise that you want to do

  • Providing a small, supportive, non-judgemental community of people 

**Spaces are limited, but there are two group times to choose from.**

Morning group - meets at 10.30 am every Monday from 10th of January

Evening group - meets at 7.30 pm every Monday from 10th of January
